Speech Abstract:

Big Data Governance is faced with many challenges: first how to break through barriers, connect data islands, increase the quantity and quality of available data; second, how to consider the potential of user data and fully exploit data under the conditions of compliance. The main feature of the Federated Learning (Federated Learning) model is that raw data is not shared and calculation results are shared. It also introduces the application, classification, and key technologies of federal learning.
